'The following general conditions apply:
- Valid telephone number and e-mail address
- Minimum age: 16 years (for 2-wheelers)/18 years (for 4-wheelers)
- Smartphone and the latest operating system (older smartphones and operating systems are no longer supported. Contact us if it doesn't work)
- Valid identity document (ID card, passport)
- Credit card (VISA, Mastercard)
Good to know: foreign ID cards are accepted
Customers residing in Switzerland and holding a foreign driving licence must also upload their residence permit in order to book a vehicle.
You may drive in Switzerland with a valid foreign driving licence for twelve months from the date you enter the country. After this period, you are no longer allowed to use your foreign licence in Switzerland and must exchange it for a Swiss driving licence.
Additionally required for these vehicle categories:
Cars: Minimum age 18 years, valid driving licence (no provisional driving licences)
S-PEDELEC: valid driving licence, min. category M
